As neutral third-party mediator and arbitrator, I sit down with parties and facilitate a discussion focused on simultaneously resolving the dispute, and satisfying each party’s needs. I mediate and arbitrate cases referred from private parties under court order to mediate, court-annexed programs, and individuals who have not yet filed claims in court.
